Welcome to JobTek. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the JobTek Services, including our websites, applications and related services.

1. Scope
These Terms apply to your use of all JobTek-operated websites and services, including but not limited to www.jobtek.com(corporate and marketing website), app.jobtek.com (web application) and jobtek.net (customer-hosted enquiry forms and email services), our mobile applications, and any related APIs or hosted systems (collectively, the “JobTek Services”).

3. Overview of Our Service

Provision of dedicated JobTek email addresses and import of messages as enquiries, with reply capability.

Hosted enquiry web forms at URLs we provide, plus JavaScript embed options.

Customer management, notes and file attachments.

Jobs/bookings with notes/attachments and optional email updates to your customers.

Invoice creation from jobs, with export to external accounting systems where your plan supports it.
Further details about the JobTek app and its features are provided on www.jobtek.com and in our FAQs, which are for general information only and do not form part of this Agreement.
Features vary by subscription plan and may change over time.

4. Account Registration and Users

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.

Billing is per user. Adding/removing users is your responsibility and adjusts your billing accordingly.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or misuse of the JobTek Services.
5. Subscriptions, Trials, Fees and Cancellation

Subscription plans: Access requires a monthly subscription; current plans pricing are shown on our website.

Free trials: We may offer a free trial. Some plans may include an upfront setup fee for the trial.

Billing: Recurring payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method.

Per-user billing: Each user is billed individually.

Cancellation: You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

Failed payments: We may suspend access until payment is successful.

Price changes: We may change fees or plans with reasonable notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You must use JobTek lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited uses include spam, unlawful content, infringement of IP or privacy rights, reverse engineering, and any activity that degrades service or security.

7. Intellectual Property
All software, content and materials made available through the JobTek Services are owned by or licensed to JobTek Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted. You retain ownership of content you upload; you grant JobTek a licence to host, display, process and transmit it as necessary to provide the Services.

8. Data Protection and Privacy
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to process personal data you store within JobTek and for providing any necessary notices to your end customers.

9. Availability and Maintenance
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or updates and will give advance notice where practicable. Refer to the Service Level Agreement for further information.

10. Third-Party Services and Integrations
To deliver the JobTek Services we use trusted providers, including (without limitation): Microsoft Azure (hosting and infrastructure), SendGrid (email delivery), Google Maps Platform (address lookup), Apple Push Notification Service (APNs), Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and Stripe (payments). Your use of optional external integrations (e.g., accounting systems) is subject to the third party’s terms. See our Privacy Policy for data handling details.
JobTek may also offer optional integrations with approved third-party communication or social media platforms (for example, Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp). These integrations are provided to enable customers to import enquiries or messages directly into the JobTek Services and are subject to the respective platform terms.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our total liability in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you fail to pay fees, breach these Terms or our policies, or engage in unlawful/abusive behaviour. You remain responsible for fees up to termination.

13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
